It has been a cold cold cold week. We have had a lot of rain, which is much needed. It had even snowed on Sunday. I took some time out and took Tahlia to the shops and as l was driving down Canterbury rd in Montrose and Kilysth it was snowing. The car told us it was 3C and that was cold for 10am.
Heard on the radio later that they closed Mt Dandy rd to Skyhigh due to the snow. Pity we could not take the kids up there as we are busy packing to go away to the Sunny Coast.
Mummy and Nate
Mum and dad have just gotten back from Central Australia so it was great to catch up with them on Sunday night as they shared their photos with us. Thanks for that guys.
Tahlia and Nate went to Maddi's 4th birthday on the weekend. They had a ball. It was in a indoor play centre, so lots of games and running around for them. Thanks Jean and David for taking them.
Tahlia all dressed up with no where to go.
We have been getting into the games here and Nathan loves to watch the swimming. Everytime he hears the word Olympics on the radio or tv he tells us he is off the the games. He is even telling us he can swim like Stephanie Rice and wants to go and compete... great confidence in himself... espically for one who has never had lessons..
Everywhere you go now you can hear the kids chanting Aussie Aussie Aussie Go Go Go!!!
It has been cold and wet so the kids have not been able to go outside to play. Much to their disappointment. So we have been setting challenges here. Yesterday Nathan and l made towers out of his blocks to see how high we could go.
This was the tallest we could go, but it was so unstable and Nate had to hold onto it before it fell over. But he was impressed that it was a lot taller then him.
