Tahlia as cheeky as ever and so grown up.Over the weekend we took the kids to Warburton for a picnic by the river and then for a stroll along the river. The kids had a ball and l can't believe how much Tahlia has grown. No pram was needed thanks mummy l will walk. And walk she did, well almost like a run.
Tahlia having lunch.Nathan had a ball and had to run everywhere. He did not like having to walk behind Nige or l and liked to be up the front to run ahead. Hopefully a little hiker in the making. I can't wait till they are ready to hike as my feet are getting itchy to get out there.
Nate and his lunch (he never looks at the camera).
Father and daughter. Its a pleasent place and was lovely to walk along the river, till Nate saw the playground on the other side so we had to go over there and let him have a play.
Trying to get 2 kids to look is just impossible.
Yarra River in Warburton.
The river.Certainly was cooler in Warby though. But such a pretty little spot for a picnic and walk.
After the walk along the river we went to check out the Rainforest walk. All the climbing the stairs wore Nathan out. But it was very pretty and pleasent and the kids enjoyed it. Tahlia was in the pram this time, so was carried up and down the stairs. She thought it was funny.
The rainforest
The creek in the rainforest. Just so pretty. (there were no leeches there so l was happy).
Mother and daughter.
Tahlia giggling as we carry her down the steps.Other then that it has been a busy week with Nige and work. The other night it took him 4hours to get home after that day we had the bad storms. Public transport was shocking. He was glad to get home in the end. But his week included a lot of late nights last week.
This week is a quiet week and the kids have now come down with colds but are happy playing and giggling with each other. So they are all good.
Till next week.
